Amarillo pizza aficionados remain loyal to 575 Pizzeria’s gourmet pies, and why shouldn’t they? From the sauce, inventive topping combinations, and crusts baked to perfection to a vast and ever-changing beer and wine list, there’s plenty to love.

Owner Brian Kelleher and his crew have kicked the 575 experience up a notch with the addition of a second restaurant at Hillside Road and Coulter Street. Open since February, the new location boasts more space in its stunning dining and bar area. Order the popular Green Striped Piggy paired with something from the expanded beer and wine list.

Watch for more wine and beer tastings this year, Kelleher promises – as well as both libations on tap – growlers to-go, hot sandwiches and entrees for lunch and dinner, and more events – perhaps a twist on the popular annual P3 pub crawl and movie nights on Thursdays to take advantage of the new high-tech TV system.

575 Pizzeria 2803 Civic Circle, 331.3627 / 7320 Hillside Rd., 322.5575, 575Pizzeria.com

Open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m.-9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 11 a.m.-10 p.m. (10 a.m. at the Hillside location for brunch)
