During the blustery Panhandle winters, a man’s coat becomes a multitasker. It has to protect him from the frigid wind chills. It has to keep him dry while cleaning off the car during an epic snowstorm. And it has to be fashionable enough to keep him from becoming the butt of any “Puff Daddy” or Marshmallow Man jibes.
